About Me

As a proud Sacramento resident since 1970, I've developed a deep connection to this community and a thorough understanding of its surrounding neighborhoods. My family and I have experienced firsthand the many benefits of living here-from the vibrant sense of community to the abundance of outdoor activities. In my free time, I enjoy golfing, hiking, backpacking, and traveling with my wife, son, and daughter.

I'm also an active member of the Fair Oaks Rotary, where I served as treasurer for two years, as well as President of Toastmasters' River City Speakers.

After a fulfilling 31-year career as a teacher in the San Juan Unified School District, I retired in 2021 with a Master's in Education and a lifetime of meaningful memories. My years in education taught me the importance of trust, patience, and guiding others through significant life decisions-skills that seamlessly translate into my work in real estate.

Licensed since 2014, I've remained committed to staying informed on market trends and offering expert guidance to my clients. I regularly follow trusted industry sources like Ryan Lundquist's Sacramento Appraisal Blog to stay current on local real estate insights.

One philosophy I learned early on has always stuck with me:
